By accessing or using the Yizitor platform (the "Service"), including our mobile application and web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including society management committees, resident members, and service providers.
Yizitor provides a digital platform for housing society management, including but not limited to: visitor management, maintenance request tracking, online payment collection, amenity booking, professional service booking (electrician, plumber, carpenter), notice board management, and staff management. The Service is offered as a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@Yizitor.in of any unauthorized use of your account. Yizitor reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
The Society Management Committee (SMC) that subscribes to Yizitor is responsible for: ensuring all residents are informed about the platform's use; managing resident onboarding and access; maintaining accurate information about the society on the platform; ensuring compliance with applicable housing society bylaws and local laws; and collecting necessary consents from residents for data processing.
Yizitor facilitates the booking of professional home services through verified third-party service providers. While we vet and verify all service providers on our platform, Yizitor acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services rendered by third-party professionals. Residents are advised to be present during service visits. Any disputes regarding service quality must be raised within 48 hours of service completion.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per the selected plan. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of the Service. For service bookings, payment is collected at the time of booking and is subject to our Refund Policy. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yizitor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Yizitor.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yizitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
